Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ALLNATURAL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your tracking information shows the parcel as delivered to the right address with proof but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, porch, or with neighbors.

  2. Contact your local postal office or delivery service — they can often provide GPS delivery confirmation and assist in locating the package.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that show a confirmed delivery to the correct shipping address.

If your package is not received or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@allnaturalofficial.com within 1-2 days of the delivery date for assistance.

Incorrect Address

We process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it may already be in processing or transit.
Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
