Returns

For Product Promise:

đź’š 30-Day Results Guarantee

If you don’t see or feel noticeable results within 30 days of consistent use, you may be eligible for a refund under our Results Guarantee.

To qualify, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  2. You provide proof of consistent use at least 2 weeks, such as before/after                  photos or a short video showing product use.
  3. The product is returned in its original packaging (even if partially used).
  4. The product is not damaged, altered, or disposed of.
  5. You followed the usage instructions provided with the product.

Once verified by our support team, a partial or full refund (excluding shipping) will be processed based on your case.

For all other Products:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@allnaturalofficial.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to the original shipping address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🛑 No Same-Day Cancellation : Orders are processed immediately after placement to ensure fast delivery. Once processed, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Damages and issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit or Lost by the carrier or if you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

For Damaged Deliveries

  • You must report the damage within 1–2 days of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by contacting us at support@allnaturalofficial.com. 
  • Please include clear photos or video of the damaged item and its original packaging.
  • The product must not be used; used or altered items cannot be replaced or refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or for partially refunded items. 

đźš« Non-Refundable Situations

  • To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, refunds cannot be granted for:
  • Personal dissatisfaction or “did not work for me” claims without valid proof of use
  • Minor shipping delays
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect
  • Used items claimed as damaged after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@allnaturalofficial.com.
